About this apartment rental
Modern and very bright apartment on the first floor inside Lucca's center. Large windows overlooking the city walls
The apartment is centrally located, in an undisturbed and quiet area right next to the Piazza Santa Maria square and the main street, Via Fillungo. The apartment has its own private entrance because there are no other apartments in the building.
Along a stair case you get directly into a spacious and impressive living room with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The interior is modern with design furniture and large windows. It makes you feel very much like in a private home, not at all like a rental apartment. There is a comfortable sitting area with smart tv, dvd and stereo.
A long dining table is placed right in front of the windows that overlook the city wall. When you open the big windows and let the light, the air and the sounds flow in, it seems like being outdoors.
The kitchen is modern and extremely well equipped (dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, micro, American coffee maker, kettle, toaster) There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (beds can be put together, must be ordered at the booking), a bathroom with shower, another twin bedroom.
Very delicious decor, brand new kitchen and new bathrooms.
From the living room, stairs lead up to an open loft (gate in front of the stairs for children's safety). On the loft there is a desk, if you need to work a bit during the holiday. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Underfloor heating, wifi, hairdryer, baby cot and high chair available.
Other: shops and more within 100 mt in the centre of Lucca - pay parking 20 mt. - supermarket and free parking outside the wall, 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need. The host was great at responding to any questions we had. 3 hood sized bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. The only downside for us was that it was very hot at the time we visited, fans were provided so that helped but would benefit from AC but I appreciate in old buildings it’s not always possible. Think we were just unlucky with the heatwave. Would definitely stay again in a slightly cooler time of year. Thank you for a lovely visit.

The apartment is airy, spacious and spotlessly clean. It was very hot during our visit and we were very grateful for the fans. Good sized bathrooms and good powerful showers. Comfortable beds. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but it looked well equipped and had good appliances. Laundry room was an added bonus. In the mornings and evenings we enjoyed the small balcony with views to the walls and mountains beyond. - we would not have had this if we were right in the centre of Lucca. The apartment is located by one of the entry gates so easy access and also an amount of passing traffic. Very convenient location with cafes and bars nearby and a couple of minutes walk to main shopping street. Communication from Elisabeth was excellent and she rescued us promptly when we managed to lock the keys inside the apartment! Top tip: remember the keys when you leave the apartment.🙄

Elizabeth's place was perfect for us during our stay in Lucca. The location was convenient and walkable to everything. The street noise was minimal at night in this neighborhood which we appreciated for sleeping. Would highly recommend Elizabeth's place for your stay in Lucca.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, the apartment was very well located and beautifully renovated and presented. We had everything we could have needed and it is superb apartment. Would recommend highly to others and look to book again.
