L’appartamento si trova nel seminterrato di un condominio ma riesce ad essere luminoso e arieggiato grazie al cortile frontale. Camera da letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio, bagno con doccia, soggiorno con cucina a vista e due divani letto. Ristrutturato di recente, ha l’aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti.
