This villa is incredible. Location is perfect if you like to be in close walking distance to lots of shops bars and restaurants but not right on the strip - it’s quiet but you can reach everything you need in just a few minutes. There is plenty to do in Ilyasos and we enjoyed trips to Rhodes old town via the local bus plus some day trips which were all arranged locally. The villa is fully equipped with absolutely everything you need (and some things you don’t need but were a nice touch - like a toasty machine, crepe maker and juicer!) for a self catering holiday. A plentiful supply of fresh laundry including beach/pool towels (as well as standard) is provided along with extra bedding. With three bathrooms over three floors it was perfect for our group of six adults. Aircon in all rooms kept the inside space lovely and cool. The outside space over all floors is perfect for catching the sun all day long and the top floor terrace is the ideal spot to watch the sunset. Beds were extremely comfortable and there is more than enough wardrobe space for everyone. The pool is spotlessly clean and a lovely spot to soak up the sun all day long. The covered rear garden/BBQ area was popular for cooling down and al fresco dining. The owner was very helpful in arranging transport for our party and answered queries really quickly. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend the villa and area highly enough.

The villa was comfortable.
Had everything we needed, plenty of space and kitchen was well equipped.
Bathroom, shower room and en-suite made it very comfortable for all guests.
The cooker hobs would go off when trying to cook.
