The location, garage and easy access.
The AC wasn’t working (they said it was the central AC for the building), for this they spared us 3 fans…the apartment was dirty when we arrived I sent pictures of the floor and they sent additional cleaning.
The doors weren’t opening properly and the apartment not well kept. The grill had spider webs and many little bugs on the floor! (Inside the apartment)
Overall the stay was positive because we fixed as well we could and hired additional cleaning for everyday of our stay.
Furthermore the team promised a partial refund for all the hassle on June 21st and I’ve been waiting for the deposit or an email and haven’t gotten anything beside the message with the amount!!! I would really appreciate the amount promised and an email ….
