Sleeps 5. 2 bedroom House is situated in the quiet village Brist on the Makarska Riviera. Brist is picturesque tourist destination with 2 - 3 km long beach. House is 20 meters from the beach. It has large private garden with lavender, mandarin, olive and rosemary. The house has two floors. Ground floor has kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, lodge and big terrace. The first floor has bedroom with double bed and couch single, bathroom and balcony. Lodge and balcony are 14 and terrace 26 square meters. There is also garage for my guests. Village Brist is situated just between Split and Dubrovnik.

The property was very clean and spacious, great air conditioning in bedrooms. The location was the best, you just walk down the path and on beach, you couldn’t wish for anything better. Also having the car port to park was great, but the very narrow street down to the house was quite scary when driving a large people carrier car! The area is not overly busy with enough shops and a few restaurants, only 1 mile walk along the coastal path to Gradac. We had a great holiday and would go back.

Das Ferienhaus ist Tipp Top, zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils ein eigenes Bad, super.
Das obere Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, es wäre schön bei hoher Hitze das im unteren Schlafzimmer auch eine Klimaanlage hätte.
Küche ist klein aber für die zwei Wochen völlig ausreichend.
Vom Ferienhaus zum Meer muss man 33 Stufen laufen, dies ist für Menschen mit Behinderung schwierig.
Die Garage ist top, ansonsten wüste man nicht mit dem Auto wohin.
Sehr zu Empfehlen.

Leider nur im oberen Raum Klimaanlage.
2-Plattenherd, hat uns aber genügt.
