Perfect spot for a bachelor/bachelorette party if you want to visit the amazing sites around. City itself is very welcoming & this cozy nook is actually quite spacious for big groups. Would stay here again!

We stayed over the holidays with 3 generations of family. It was an excellent experience. The location worked perfectly for us. The access to hiking trails in the neighborhood was a huge bonus. Some of our family camped in Joshua and the house is close enough that they could come over hang out some, have dinner and get back to sleep at Joshua. The neighborhood is walkable and for those who are ambitious you can even safely walk downtown. I have stayed in VRBO that claimed to have a fully stocked kitchen and then struggled to prepare a meal for a group. Not the case here, the kitchen is truly fully stocked. We were able to easily prepare meals for a group. Check in and out was effortless.The host, Julie, made our trip seamless. She responded to questions I had about the area, made catering suggestions, and was super flexible with our travel plans. She really went the extra step. I can't say enough about how accommodating she was Highly recommend

5 star potential, but honestly we did not enjoy our stay here. We have stayed in Palm Springs a dozen times, we know about the city's strict noise ordinance, and have never had a problem. However, according to the owner there is a "PITA" neighbor, therefore during our stay our normal talking in the backyard was not allowed. The noise ordinance people came (presumably from the neighbor) and said our talking was fine and we were in compliance. The owner asked that we stay inside after 9:45 on Saturday night then later requested that if we were outside past 9:45 that we speak very softly. Unfortunately, with multiple texts about noise (talking) and cars in the driveway (6, as allowed) we never felt like we could just relax and enjoy the nice property.
