The two rooms by the road are spacious and comfortable. At least one of the rooms in the center of the back building you see when you come through the gate is small with a sloped ceiling and not near as nice as the two by the road. It is only 269 square feet. We were originally booked in the smaller room I described but there was no place to open our luggage and the room was hot so we requested to be moved to a larger room. The larger room was available the first night of our stay but not the second night so we booked a hotel in nearby Beaune which is a larger, lively, fun town to visit with shopping and lots to do.
If you noticed a review on Tripadvisor that suggested the two new rooms away from the street might be less noisy, be aware - these rooms are very small. We had originally booked one of those rooms but it was so small there was no place for us to open our bags so we moved to another room close to the road and it was very spacious and comfortable. The problem was that the large room, which is very large, was only available the first night of our stay so we stayed in a very nice (but expensive) room at a nice property in nearby Beaune. I'm rating this place as if we had booked the larger room for both nights because I noticed the comment by another guest on TripAdvisor suggesting the rooms away from the street might be a better choice. Just trying to help future guests here. If a spacious room is as important to you as it is to us - trust me, you want to be by the road. Dennis, the owner was very professional and understanding and helped up find a place in Beaune. I highly recommend this place to stay in Meursault.

Breakfast was home made and lovely. Our hosts were friendly. We were able to park our car for free in the street nearby. The location of our accommodation was excellent.
Our room was really small. We didn't realise how small it was from booking.com Next time we would book a larger room.
