About this villa rental
The property, in the sun in the greenery and in peace. It consists of a contemporary villa built between 2011 and 2013, surrounded by large covered terraces, in its extension, a private swimming pool (8,5X4,5m) secured with security cover and a large wooded garden in steps of 8000m² ( in faïss). At the end of a private road, the villa overlooking the garden gives a feeling of flight, its panoramic view is magnificent, very calm. A place to share with family or friends. Quality villa for 10 people (225 m²), overflowing covered terraces surrounding the house (130 m²).
- Day area:
A large entrance hall leads to a day area which consists of a hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, laundry room. Glass doors from the living room and kitchen provide access to the terraces.
- Night space:
Hall 1: 1 bedroom (160cm bed), 1 bed (90cm), 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, sink), 1WC.
Hall 2: 2 bedrooms (160cm bed), 1 bedroom (90cm bed), 1 bathroom (bath, 2 sinks, walk-in shower, bidet).
Hall 3: 1 bedroom for 2 people (1.40m bed) and 1 bathroom. (walk-in shower, single sink and 1 WC). Available for a reservation of 10 people.

This place is also our living space where we very often spend delicious moments of vacation. For hygienic reasons animals are not allowed.

Spacious house and clean house, but outdated decor. A pity that the view from the terrace is interrupted by the fixed sunscreen.

Très belle maison avec vue magnifique sur la nature, manque un chauffage dans une chambre, cuisine très bien équipée, belles balades à faire à pied et à vélo, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Situé dans un cadre boisé, la maison spacieuse domine le vallon, et le terrain en terrasse.
De grandes pièces de vie et de nuit nous accueille dans un grand confort. Mais la vie se situe surtout au dehors sur la grande terrasse, où nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps.
Au calme, malgré les cigales qui s'en donnent à coeur-joie, on se laisse bercer dans la quiétude estivale.
La piscine est là pour nous rafraichir et nous détendre. Accessible au plus jeunes sachant nager, elle est un lieu de retrouvaille inter générationnel (pour nous).
