The apartment “Nordmann” is part of the house in the wood and offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday on 70 m2: two cozy bedrooms, a modern shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace.
Through the large windows, the view falls directly into the countryside – and through the patio door you go out into the garden.

• the integrated sauna (together with the neighboring apartment)
• the covered terrace with outdoor kitchen & open fireplace
• the nearby playground, the boulder wall & the straw castle for small guests

Wir hätten mit unseren Kids (1+4) ein tolles Wochenende mit viiiiel Trampolin hüpfen und Kettcar fahren. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, dafür hätten wir auch 5 Sterne vergeben. Schön eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht.
Was leider nicht gut geklappt hat, war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Schon im Voorfeld wurden Fragen per mail nur nach zweiter Nachfrage (zuerst gab es eine Standardmail) und dann leider auch so schwammig (müssen wir mal schauen...) das die Antwort nicht hilfreich war, beantwortet. Vor Ort war im Ablauf nicht vorgesehen, die Vermieter anzutreffen (was ja auch ok ist), aber leider gab es in der Wohnung auch keine Auflistung mit Infos (sowas wie Bedienung des Kamins, wohin muss der Müll...). Unter der angegebenen Mobilnummer, über die man eine Endabnahme vereinbaren sollte, war die ganze Woche niemand erreichbar und auch auf sms wurde nicht geantwortet. Da es weder W-Lan noch mobiles Internet gab (gut, dass kann man in so einem kleinen Dorf auch nicht unbedingt erwarten) war auch eine Kontaktaufnahme per Mail nicht möglich.
Was und wirklich gestört hat, war das Heizung und Kühlschrank aus waren, als wir angereist sind und die Wohnung daher eiskalt... ich finde es gehört sich die Heizung ein paar Stunden vorher anzustellen (zumal, wenn man drei Häuser weiter wohnt). Wir sind dann direkt zu den Vermietern hingegangen und haben dann auch zumindest Kaminanzünder bekommen, so dass wir nicht frieren mussten.
Also: Wohnung top, aber am Service sollte noch gearbeitet werden.
