Spend your vacation in this beautiful luxury vacation home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lovely furnishing in an open living form with Gothic vault and historical tiled stove conveys rural idyll and maximum living enjoyment. All furniture is custom-made from local hardwoods. The apartment is suitable for 2 couples as well as for a family with 4 children. The 10 apartments at the Hagerhof are spread over two stately, newly built main buildings in the form of a typical Chiemgau Einfirsthof. Many special features such as real oak windows, solid doors and gates, playful niches and corners, a southern arcade, antique floors, Gothic vaults, rustic wooden ceilings or romantic four-poster beds convey a homely atmosphere. State-of-the-art building technology such as jacuzzi, underfloor heating, dishwasher, fully automatic ventilation and W-LAN in every apartment promise a successful holiday. The W-LAN can also be switched off. There is one free parking space per apartment on the courtyard. Every guest can use the large garden with sun loungers, garden furniture, parasol and grill. For the children there is a huge playground, a soccer field with two goals, a sand playground, a hunter's booth, a trampoline, an adventure chicken coop, many petting animals, a play barn with numerous kettcars and a hay bouncy castle, as well as a weather-independent play cellar and usually also playmates.

Wie immer haben wir unseren Aufenthalt auf dem Hagerhof sehr genossen. Dieses Mal wieder in der Mühle, die wegen der zwei Badezimmer und des Riesenbetts im oberen Schlafzimmer genug Platz auch für Familien mit mehr als zwei Kindern bietet. Während die Kinder immer wieder und erstaunlicherweise auch immer noch trotz höheren Alters die Kettcars, das Trampolin, die Spielscheune und die riesige Wiese genießen, unermüdlich die Kaninchen füttern und entlaufene Hühner wieder ins Gehege führen, genießen mein Mann und ich die Entspanntheit auf dem ganzen Hof und die schöne gemütliche Architektur der Wohnungen. Alles ist tip top sauber, und man wird großzügig mit vielen praktischen Dingen versorgt, die man in anderen Ferienwohnungen selbst mitbringen muss (Spültabs, Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, etc.). Das Umland bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge mit Kindern jeden Alters. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Zum zweiten Mal en sehr gelungener Urlaub. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gur gefallen. Geräumig, niveauvoll, bestens ausgestattet und sehr romantisch und gemütlich. Die Kinder haben sich auf Anhieb wieder sehr wohl auf dem gesamten Gelände gefühlt und waren quasi wie zu Hause. Die zwölf Tage sind leider viel zu schnell vergangen, aber wir sind schon in Planung für das nächste Mal Hagerhof. Natürlich wieder in der Mühle! Grüße an Familie Pfaffenberger, wie immer kompetente und sehr nette Vermieter.

sehr schöne Ferienhausanlage, sauber. Besitzer sehr freundlich,zuvorkommend, kommunikativ,hilfsbereit. für Kinder und erwachsene geeignet. grosse Fläche zum spielen für die Kinder.Zimmer sehr schön gross, alles gut durchdacht, massiv Holz,gemütlich. einziges Manko das internet bei uns war langsam, aber im urlaub sollte man abschalten. kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
