Ideal holiday for relaxation, visits to theme parks, business trips or simply seaside holidays. The flat A Casa di Lucy is located 500 metres from the Rimini Nord motorway exit, a 5-minute drive from the Rimini Trade Fair and the free beach (no charge) or equipped beach, but in the quiet and beauty of the Romagna hinterland. The fenced garden is shared with the other flat in the house. The whole house is made up of two flats "A Casa di Lucy" the larger one and another smaller one "La Dèpendance" which can accommodate other people, or there can be the possibility of having the whole house exclusively at a higher price of course. Both flats have independent entrances with private porches equipped for barbeques, outdoor dining with chairs and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun. The garden as well as the electric entrance gate are shared. The flat is on two levels . On the ground floor large panoramic living room ( height mt. 5.20) with fireplace and three-seater faux leather sofa with chaise-lounge. TV led 43 inches. Equipped kitchen in steel and solid wood complete with dishes and glasses and all appliances including dishwasher and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower. Second floor attic is accessed by spiral staircase. Wooden floor and ceiling with exposed beams.
It consists of A large bedroom with two double beds enclosed by a door; A lofted open-space bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed divided by a blackout curtain and partition; 1 attic bathroom with Jacuzzi. Equipped with all comforts such as, independent heating, wood for fireplace, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, wifi. At guests' disposal: sheets and towels, detergents and soaps for personal and household hygiene, clothesline, iron and ironing board. A few hundred meters from the highway entrance. 5 km from the city center and the sea. If you travel by car possibility to reach the beach in 5 minutes and choose between the free beach ( no charge) or equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas ( Establishments for a fee). Close to the Rimini Fair and the most beautiful inland villages. A tour of the surroundings starting from Santarcangelo di Romagna with its Festival of Theaters, to pass by the Castle of Montebello with the story of Azzurrina, Gradara, and San Leo and the entire Marecchia Valley with its bicycle touring trails without forgetting the Republic of San Marino 20 minutes away by car. The surroundings of Rimini are all to be discovered and easily reached from your location as well as the Theme Parks and the beach on the Rimini waterfront. And if you are traveling on business, the Rimini Fair is just a stone's throw away.

We spent wonderful holidays in Carla's house at the beginning of June. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The large garden with olive trees is particularly beautiful. The house is very centrally located but in a natural surrounding. Thanks also to Monica for her warm welcome. We would love to come back.
