About this apartment rental
A beautiful tree house cottage in a very quiet little village just north of LA. We are a 5 minute walk to the Gold Line Metro which can take you to Union Station, the Hollywood Bowl, Staples Center and the beach as well as numerous other sought after destinations in and around Los Angeles and Hollywood. We are right off of the famous and historic Route 66 where the original Fair Oaks Pharmacy and Soda fountain sits since 1905. We are about 2 miles to the Rose Parade starting point and float line-up and the Rose Bowl. We have a nice selection of restaurants, in our little town, and even our own Irish pub for imbibing your favorite beverage or to enjoy some live entertainment.
Dodger stadium is a short distance by car or ride-share and is right next to Chinatown. Neighboring Pasadena is of course, a whole 'nother world of foodies paradise and wonderland of things to do.

The apartment was great. Just what I needed for 2 people. Clean, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. Was in walking distance of nice restaurants, coffee and bars. Everything else was a short Uber ride away. Host left clear instructions for how everything worked. All in all I’d totally stay here again.

Super clean and well appointed. Quiet location with off-street parking. Many restaurants a short walk away. Our week long stay was so very enjoyable! Michelle and Kenny were superb, attentive, and friendly hosts who made our stay stress free! We have stayed in local hotels in prior years, but found our stay here so much better than those. Thank you, Michelle and Kenny!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and so were the accommodations. King bed, very comfortable, washer/dryer, well supplied kitchen , off street parking!!! Would stay again… absolutely!
