About this apartment rental
Petit Théodorit is the ground floor apartment of a beautiful, 18th century townhouse located on a quiet, picturesque street in the historical centre of Uzès, close to the St Théodorit Cathedral with its famous 11th century Fenestrelle Tower.
A lovely area with art galleries as neighbours, it is just a short walk along the beautifully restored, cobbled streets to numerous shops, cafés, restaurants and the colourful weekly market in the Place aux Herbes.
Opposite the house is a wonderful footpath which passes the Cathedral and Roman ruins down into the Vallée de l'Eure for a pleasant walk or picnic by the river. There is also a large, open air, municipal swimming pool as well as tennis courts less than 10 minutes walk away.
A great place to relax in one of the loveliest Gallo-Roman towns in southern France renowned as the first Duchy with its fine cathedral and 12th century buildings.
The apartment has its own private entrance directly off the street. You enter the apartment directly into the main room which has a stunning stone vaulted ceiling and has been furnished as a large open plan living room with a dining area and bedroom, all open plan. Next to the bedroom area is a separate, full bathroom. Past the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen and passage way to the separate twin bedroom. Please note this bedroom is internal and only has daylight from the double door at the entrance.
The total floor area is approximately 85m².

Delightful apartment in an idyllic town. Uzes has the feel of a authentic town rather than just a tourist destination. The apartment is very clean and well appointed close to the center of town. A short walk anywhere.Highly recommended.

My Wife and I have been coming to Uzes for the past 14 years and this was unfortunately the worst holiday ever for weather.
12 of the 14 days were spent in the apartment because of the very strong and cold wind, with the outside temperarure 12 degs c.
This will not stop us coming back.......Until the next time.

Woning is goed voorzien, ruim en mooi ingericht. Nadelen: een woning op de begane grond met weinig direct daglicht. Ook ruik je kelderlucht in de lager gelegen slaapruimte. Woning is oud en ligt nabij een oud gangenstelsel.
