Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions

We really enjoyed the hotel, the location and the set up is great. Very family oriented. We didn't have the time to try the pool but the breakfast was great! Both continental and English breakfast available.

We thought that the hotel was very kids friendly apart from the diner menu. Children can have the adult menu just a size smaller but it wasn't adapted to kids' taste. However, the staff was quick to find us an alternative.

A last minute booking following a disastrous visit to a hotel in Creil, this was a very welcomed experience. The hotel was clean & welcoming, with exceptionally helpful staff. The bar and restaurant were beautifully designed and the service was attentive. Following a fabulous meal (especially if you love cheese!) we enjoyed listening to the pianist in the bar area whilst the kids played table tennis in the games room. The pool was well looked after, on the smaller side but we enjoyed it regardless. I’m sure when the outside pool is open in the summer the whole experience is only improved. Reception were very accommodating and the housekeeping staff ensured we had everything we needed for out last minute stay. All in all a very enjoyable stay! Would recommend

What a beautiful resort, the breakfast was great and much appreciated. We also liked the facilities of the pool and games room, really helped keep the teens entertained. The property was immaculately clean and the staff very helpful.

It was further out of town than I realised so cost a bit transport wise, but that is the only downside.
