Perfect situation. Not far from the centre and a brewery around the corner as also a small shop to buy something for the breakfast. We could park in the neighbour street, thanks the permit available in the appartment and we were lucky that a place in the street was available.
a small challenge to set the table correctly in the the living room so that the 4 of us can eat together. It is possible :-D.

There was scaffolding around the whole building during the visit which meant there was no access to the patio, noise from very early on from the workmen, lack of light in the property due to scaffold. If we had known this we wouldn't have booked it. Otherwise a lovely place.
