Its location was so close to everything. Good living room & balcony area. Washing machine was very handy.
Apartment had a musty smell and the air conditioner in the bedroom needs to be regassed as it didn’t blow cold air and kept coming up with an error after running for a while. Bathroom was tiny and poor design where everything got wet when you had a shower.

Location is amazing. Charming little house oozing character. All three levels offer comfort at different times of day. Amazing walks around the castle and environs.

Property is beautiful, well decorated, enough for comfortable stay of 3 people. Location is perfect, close to everything
Pictures are a bit better than reality. There is also a smell of canalisation coming from the street. You can’t open window in bedroom without it.

Casa carina nel centro di Marmaris, bel terrazzo con vista mare
NON c’è il parcheggio a differenza di quanto scritto nell’annuncio, il proprietario ci ha fatto parcheggiare in un parcheggio a pagamento distante 6 minuti dall’appartamento e una volta fatto notare l’errore nel testo dell’annuncio ci è venuto incontro pagando lui il parcheggio. La casa non è adatta a 4 persone perché il divano letto è piccolo e il bagno è un sottoscala buio.
