Annex to Egryn in the quiet village of Nefyn on the Lleyn Peninsular of North West Wales. Egryn and Egryn Bach are set in their own grounds with large private parking. Fully equipped to an exceptionally high standard, Egryn Bach sleeps up to 6 persons comfortably has double glazing & full central heating. Easy access to the famous and popular Nefyn & Morfa Nefyn Beaches. Post Office, shops and eating establishments all nearby. Superb golf courses - close by is our Morfa Nefyn course which is famous for its unique and breathtaking headland location and well known for the Ty Coch 'pub on the beach'. Easy walking on the cliff paths and coastal footpaths close by. Mountain and river walks for the more advanced. Many other local attractions include: Sailing, pony-trekking, go-carting, fishing, boat trips, bowling and scores of lovely beaches.

Had a great couple of weeks staying at Egryn Bach. Stuart was very helpful with getting settled in and the house was just as advertised, cosy and well equipped in a great location a couple of minutes of the beach. The beach hut was an added bonus and really helped us enjoy the nice weather.

The owners clearly pride themselves on looking after their guests, making sure the house is immaculate, everything is provided for and easy to use. If there had been any issues we are confident they would have been resolved straight away. There is plenty of room for storing equipment in the shed and car park area behind the house, which is only a short walk from the beach and the lovely beach hut.

Our host Stuart was very helpful and accommodating. He showed us around the house which was clean and tidy. Very comfortable rooms. A couple of things which we missed but we’re not in the property were probably quirky to us rather than an omission. In any case when mentioned to Stuart he was super accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. WiFi is a little sporadic as it is shared with the main house (next door) and if it is overloaded it struggles..
Maybe think of adding a measuring jug some baking trays and some pasta bowls..
lovely garden at the front and our own area to chill. Note the BBQ was not really functional as it was rusty and not been used for a while.
Finally the beach hut was a huge plus. Very enjoyable all round..

Stuart made us feel most welcome and made sure that we had everything to be comfortable. There even were some Easter treats and a very good bottle of wine. Thanks so much again for all these lovely, welcoming gestures.
The house is beautiful, meticulously clean in a quiet location with a beautiful garden, 2 min walking distance from the beach. Loads of exploring on foot and daytrips to do from there. We had a great and relaxing time and will be back. Thanks for everything.
