Lokalizacja znakomita, blisko do morza, knajpek, supermarketu MERCADONA (bardzo dobrze wyposażony), linii autobusowej, przy obiekcie znajduje się piękny, duży park z licznymi atrakcjami, mocno zadzewiony, latem z pewnością daje ochłodę. Na plus ekspres do kawy, toster, bardzo pojemna lodówka (wyjątkowo dobrze utrzymana), wygodne łożka. Cały obiekt stanowi rodzaj "miasteczka" z wszelkimi usługami, basenami siłownią (płatną) i małym sklepikiem. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.
Mieszkanie usytuowane jest od zachodu, rano bylo chłodno, brakowalo nam słońca na balkonie do południa. Byliśmy końcem lutego. Drzwi wejściowe były koszmarne: brudne, ze starym słabym zamkiem, sprawiały wrażenie kartonowych. Łazienka odnowiona ale źle posprzątana: brudne fugi, brudne uszczelki od drzwi prysznicowych, słuchawka prysznica opadała. Brudna pralka, przed użyciem musieliśmy ją wyczyścić, zniszczona suszarka na ubrania, brudna kanapa, brudne ściany.
