This is a great apartment. Everything is new, or at least well maintained, and very clean. Maria is a fount of information regarding the pompei ruins and places to eat. She even recommended eateries in our next stay, Sorrento. The apartment is perhaps 200 yards away from the easternmost entrance to the ruins (the less busy one, according to online sages I read). I heartily recommend Domus Acanfora.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and there is a lovely rooftop terrace available. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The location was excellent, right across from the ruins. Good restaurant and pastry and gelato shop nearby. Best of all was our host - super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Apartment was ideally situated to visit the ruins of Pompei. Central town position close to both train stations, shops, restaurants and Cathedral.

The location of Marina’s flat was ideal for visiting the Pompeii Ruins… just a few minutes walk along the road. Below the apartment was a really nice restaurant, very good value,& friendly. The apartment was clean & comfortable with a super roof terrace which we always had to ourselves. We also used the trains to visit Herculaneum & Sorrento during our short stay (4 days /3 nights).
We found the bed too firm but that’s personal choice.
