About this apartment rental
Large studio with mezzanine, 4-5 beds, 6 possible), west exposure, resort center (building ALPAGE 1). It has direct access to the slopes. Ski rental shops and stores are nearby.
The view due West is magnificent from the apartment and its balcony. You will enjoy superb sunsets !!!!
Comfortable apartment of 28 m2 (plus mezzanine 4 m2), on the 12th floor of the Alpage 1 residence in the center of the resort.
The mezzanine allows double sleeping with a 140 cm wide bed.
The living room is equipped with a large sofa bed 140 x 190 for 2 people + 1 sofa bed for a single bed in 80 cm and a bed below in 70 cm wide. The apartment thus totals 2 double beds and 2 single beds, making a total of 6 beds possible. It is nevertheless offered in 4-5 beds to make the most of the space.
The living room was completely renovated in 2016 with the creation of the mezzanine and has all the necessary comfort for a week of vacation:
Kitchen area equipped with 2 electric hotplates + microwave grill + dishwasher + fridge + custom storage.
Living area: HD television and Wi-Fi (unlimited internet).
The rental can optionally include bed linen and towels for the number of people staying in the accommodation.
I work with a concierge on site. Its representative will give you the keys when you arrive and provide you with a technical service during the stay in case of problems. He also speaks English.
He will give you duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, etc., if you have chosen these additional services.
- Possibility to rent ski equipment in the entrance hall of the residence at Skimium Avoriaz with a 30% discount on the public price.

Overall, I was happy with this rental. The property is well situated, amazing views, ski in / ski out. Once you get your head around which door to come in and which lift to use it's all quite convenient. The flat itself is small (though described accurately on the website) but needs modernising. Communications and check in / out all okay.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, very well located. The block as a whole is a dated and the apartment a bit tired, however a perfect place to base our stay from. Had intended to go with two older children making the party 5 however it would would not have been big enough for that. Host was attentive and the check in process straightforward despite being exhausted from a 12 hour drive.
