Apartment furnished like a 2nd home! We have all you need: delicious coffee, paddle rockets, fleece blankets, barbecue, mood lighting, ... Our house is your house!

Apartment Mascarat overlooking the Altea Bay and the Sierra Bernia mountain range. The nature reserve offers Mascarat and the apartment a unique and tranquil atmosphere.
Here's sunny temperatures year round, beautiful scenery of the Costa Blanca, the rest of last Altea Bay and plenty of activities around!
The apartment has been newly furnished and features:
- Cool and relaxing lounge seats in the salon,
- A dining area with blissful Gaudi chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen (microwave and Senseo to hip toaster)
- With storage (including washing machine ....)
- 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom WITH BOXSPRING BED
- 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath / shower).
The living room and master bedroom have direct access to the sunny balcony of 24m2 with new patio furniture.
There are DVDs for hands several books, football, inflatable boat, snorkels, ... Fun for 2, 4 to 6 people!
The apartment in Mascarat is located on the ground floor and has two private pools.
Secure parking in Mascarat urbanization.
The complex features 2 paddle tennis grounds and garden terraces with stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea, a few 100 meters from the 2 most peaceful beaches of the Costa Blanca and Campomanes marina with restaurants and bars.
What is there to do in the region: sun, sea and sand are excellent reasons to visit, but it does not stop! Alicante-Valencia region has much to offer numerous cultural and historical activities for all preferences and tastes. Of four theme parks within 15 minutes drive from Altea to cycling or motorcycling along the coast or in the mountains, waterfalls and castles, ancient Spanish villages or snorkeling / diving trip to Valencia City, rural markets, winery Mendosa, etc.
In the apartment is a folder full of information about markets, beaches, golf courses, shops, restaurants, amusement parks, yoga, cycling, nice walks, caves; waterfalls, bike rides along the dike or in the mountains, beautiful walks through nature reserves or in the mountains, ancient villages in the mountains, castle as Guadelest, starred, jet skis, with evening sun kayaking on the Mediterranean markets in nearby restaurants we discovered, wine estates, along with fishermen at sea, ...
Wifi is included with us, no extra costs!
And TV with a subscription to TV Flanders.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, radio, CD, DVD player.
Fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo and filter coffee machines, you name it!
We provide explanations on arrival. We provide truly luxurious towels, linens and beach towels. We take care of the cleaning of the apartment.
NO WORRIES: is the apartment booked in the period of your choice, please contact the owner, because there is also a 2nd apartment available.
Long term renters possible.
Children are welcome: there are board games. Smoking is not permitted. Pets neither. Suitable for older people on the ground floor.
Around the quiet Pueblo Mascarat complex there are beautiful gardens with two swimming pools each with its own shower, toilet and sunbeds under umbrellas and palm trees.
Sporting activities nearby such as jet skiing, diving, sailing, yacht hire, etc.
Both Altea and Calpe are very close (15 minutes) by car (4 km). There is also a large supermarket nearby which is open 7 days a week.
Access:
Quick access to the motorways to Alicante and Valencia (AP-7), only 2.5 km. Exit 64.
In addition to the lovely Spanish towns like Altea and Calpe there are many other possible excursions:
* The beautiful mountain village Guadelest Guadelest the castle is a tourist attraction
* The beautiful waterfalls Fuentes / Fonts del Algar
* Various holiday and water parks around Benidorm
* Golf at Altea Hills and Altea La Vella
* Climbing in the mountains around Altea and Calpe
* Visit the larger Spanish cities of Alicante and the beautiful Valencia
Who are we? Joke, Ides, Arne & Kate!
In 2015 we decided to buy an apartment.
Question 1 was WHERE? We opted not for France, not for the Canary Islands, but the Costa Blanca. Why? It is the closest location with a micro-climate. Always nice weather throughout the year flying a short distance.
Question 2 was WHAT? We fancied an apartment where we like ourselves to go on vacation. Both with children, as a couple or alone. A place where you could rest, enjoy, work, be active: a nice base for activitetien. This we found in Altea: Mascarat and Altea La Vella.
Question 3 was HOW? Contemporary and modern, family, playful, relaxing. We invest in great seats, good beds, modern patio furniture, luxurious soft towels, a really good shower ... All tips are welcome.
Who are we? Ides is a consultant and Joke's gynaecologist, Arne and Kaat are sometimes our models for the photos. :-)

We stayed here for 5 weeks and enjoyed every moment. The apartment is very well located in the area as well as within the complex. The views are uninterrupted and gorgeous! Nestled in the mountains with a sun-drenched, large terrace. Beautiful sunsets, close to two pools and within walking distance of the secluded beach. Close to Altea, Calpe and Benidorm. The whole apartment is very well equipped and comfortable with more-than-adequate sleeping arrangements. The aircon was super effective. We LOVED our five weeks of paradise and we would stay here again.

Property as described. Possibly furniture in lounge could do with updating. Lounge settee very low and worn. TV small and very few Chanel’s.
