Venetian house is located in the old town of Chania. 72sqm -three lever house connected by stairs, plus the roof terrace 20sqm.
ground floor: kitchen full equipped, Cooking stove Oven,Coffee maker ,Toaster , espresso machine,refrigator with freezer, kettle, kitchen towels, cupboard. WC/shower,hair dryer ,washing machine.
first floor: living room with 2 sofa beds and one extra bed,table with chairs, TV, DVD player ,bookshelves, wireless ,ceiling fan high quality.
second floor: bedroom with 1 douple bed, chaisr,wardrobe,chest of drawers, mirrow,towels, ceiling fan high quality.
roof terrace :panorama view to the whole Chania and the sea. Pergola, chairs and table.
Set high on the fortified hill at the heart of the old town, the house offers spectacular views to the Chania Venetian Harbour including the famous lighthouse, the Market as well the " White Mountains".
A charming area surrounded by traditional restaurants, cafes, popular art, souvenir stores, museums and churches.

This ia a very well located and comfortable house. The house is well stocked with supplies. Everything works, the house is well maintained and very clean.There is enough kitchen equipment, utensils, plates, etc. to make cooking easy if you wish.Each room is spacious and comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the very nice rooftop terrace.As we stayed for a few weeks, the availability of cleaning supplies and basics like a broom and dustpan and cleaning cloths was much appreciated.

If you want to be in the heart of Old Town Chania with easy access to the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants, this Venetian town house is ideal. We spent a lot of our time relaxing on the very pleasant roof terrace and appreciated the addition of a small canopy which provides some respite from the sun. We were aware of the layout of the house in advance and the stairs certainly do keep you fit! Although we didn’t meet the owner, communication with her was easy via WhatsApp and she very kindly allowed us to pay for a late checkout as no one was in the property later that day. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed here for a week. House was light, clean and well equipped. The roof terrace totally private, not overlooked. The town port mountain and sea views from there were stunning. The old port was the most beautiful town setting we have ever come across. The owner/manager Efi was friendly and clear in her direction and very helpful.

Efi's house is located in the perfect spot, close to the harbour and in the old town, but tucked up the end of a quiet street. We had the best nights sleep all week and relaxed on the roof terrace. Great communication from Efi which made the property easy to find. We would definitely come back here if we return to Chania and highly recommend.
