Country house furnished of 85 sqm, independent and panoramic, located at 500 mt. from Tor Vergata station and from Essa, 1 km. from Esrin and Enea, 2.5 km. from Frascati. Comprising a large living room with 3 sofas and fireplace, kitchen with large stove, a double bedroom, a bathroom with large shower, heating, air conditioning, wifi, no TV, wood stove and barbecue with outdoor dining area, use place outdoor car in the property, possibility to accommodate pets in the outdoor land for exclusive use.

It was just overnight with co-worker in the close vicinity of ESA facility. We didn't even have time to meet the owners, just had a brief talk when we picked keys.
Huge, very friendly dog - has some werewolf vibe at night.
The property was clean, we got complimantary pasta and wine. Didn't have time and energy to try either, but still a nice touch.
You get one set of keys, so be aware if you travel in a group that wants to split.
Half an hour trip from Roma Termini, fare is €1.50. On way back to Rome beware - ticket vending machine was operational, but none of the validators was.
Will get back for a *proper* stay, this time with my family, not a co-worker :)

Nonostante che il meteo non sia stato favorevole, abbiamo passato dei bellissimi momenti in questa casa, vero rifugio di intimità e relax. Ammirare il panorama dalla vetrata seduti di fronte al camino acceso è stata solo fonte di benessere interno e repulisti del cervello da ogni sorta di problemi o stress. Le foto rispecchiano la realtà. Gentilissimi sia il Signor Sergio che Flavia, sempre disponibili. Grazie di tutto.
