In a private, quiet and residential area, close to Aix-en-Provence, 10 km from the center, and 16 km from Marseille, the aixenprovenceholidays house is contemporary, totally air-conditioned and independent, without vis-à-vis, in a landscaped environment. You can enjoy its private swimming pool! This house has a kitchen open to the living room with terrace, 2 bedrooms: One with 1 bed 140x200cm + 1 baby bed, and the other with 1 bed 160x200cm. Ideally placed to visit Provence.

You have an individual home with its own garden and swimming pool completely private! It is located 10 km from the center of Aix-en-Provence and 16 km from Marseille. It is in a rather quiet residential area in the countryside, surrounded by other villas and gardens. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families with children. The pool is secured by an alarm and under the vigilance and responsibility of the parents. The house is very well equipped and air-conditioned. It has two bedrooms: A master bedroom with a bed in 160 X 200 cm, the other bedroom with a bed in 140 X 200 cm and a standard baby bed for the little ones until 3 years old. They are equipped with air conditioners and large dressing rooms. Sheets, dish towels and towels are provided. The beds are made up. The kitchen has two coffee machines, one Nespresso "capsules" and the other with filter "ground coffee", a traditional oven, a microwave oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge freezer, an iron and an ironing board.
The exterior has a beautiful terrace overlooking the barbecue area. The garden and the swimming pool "2 m x 5 m x h 1,35 m" are for your exclusive use. The outdoor equipment includes : Barbecue, deckchairs, Parasol, table, chairs, outdoor chairs. You have a parking space inside the property. A single-phase charging station is at your disposal.
You have the fiber.
ATTENTION. NO PARTIES DURING THE DAY OR IN THE EVENING ARE TOLERATED.
The accommodation is provided for 4 adults and a baby of 3 years old maximum. No invitation possible.

Loved the House, the barbecue, relaxing in the garden and the pool

We were very pleased with our stay - perfect for family of four to relax for a few days after travel. The garden and pool are the highlights. The property is exceptionally clean, modern, and of a high standard which we appreciated. Very secure and private. Only 20 min to Aix to experience the market and 8 min to a grocery store. Otherwise we found no reason to leave - just relax and enjoy and eat good food before we continue on the rest of our journey.

After a warm welcome by Virginie, we really enjoyed our vacation in this cosy holiday house. We loved the terrace, the garden and swimming pool in a very calm neighbourhood. The airco inside was perfect as the weather was really hot during our stay.
Being close to Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and the coast, I can recommend the house to anyone travelling with max 4 people.
