About this house rental
In the quiet house villars chapel with stunning views and not overlooked.
With contemporary flat bottom pool 1.5m and US stairs any width (salt treatment and removable cover).
Superb fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher), lounge with flat screen and exceptional bay window.
Two bathrooms: one with Italian shower and one bath.
Terrace fully equipped. lounge corner.
Large parking.
NB: Beware we do not rent for a night on weekends.
Possibility to opt for a linen and cleaning package on request.

The house was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Laurent was a welcoming and informative host. The location was convenient for exploring the Northern Rhône wine region while also being quiet and peaceful.
The wood burning stove put out lots of heat, which was great since we arrived when it was cold and raining, and there was lots of dry firewood available for use.
The views from the house are beautiful, and if the weather had been better we would have used the patio and pool.
We would have liked some larger or better towels for the bathroom, but this was our only minor quibble. All else was perfect!

This was an incredible location to enoy the French countryside, great wines, incredible food, the landscaping incredible, and we're up in the mountains in the clouds, and the view was better than the pictures. Wonderful house, swimming pool, bocci court, and nature in abundance. The kichen was very well equipped, firewood provided for fireplace. There were so many attractions within an easy drive. The host was very responsive to all of our questions. We will be returning in the future. Thank you Laurent.

The house is located closely to Lyon but still in the middle of the nature with a stunning view.
Three and a half bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a nice living room, a great terrace, an additional sundeck and even an owl boules track and a large pool leave nothing to be desired.
Only thing one needs to know beforehand is that the street directly in front of the house is very steep and that you are only able to enter the driveway in reverse. All in all no problem as long as your car is not too flat or you are arriving with a trailer.

Maison très bien située avec une splendide vue sur la plaine, toute équipée avec jardin agrémenté d’une table de ping pong et d’une piste de pétanque.
La personne qui suit la qualité de l’eau de la piscine se coupe en quatre pour nous aider. Elle renseigne les lieux à visiter et les bons restaurants. Si nécessaire, reste plus longtemps pour résoudre les petits problèmes liés à l’infrastructure.
Par contre, nous avons été très surpris en arrivant que la maison soit en réalité la demeure principale du propriétaire. Ce n’est pas indiqué dans le descriptif du logement. Les placards étaient remplis par les affaires personnelles du propriétaire : selon les chambres, très peu voire pas de place pour nos propres vêtements.
Gros bémol également pour les tentes solaires qui n’ont pas été vérifiées avant notre venue : les points de fixation avaient disparu ou avaient été interchangés (et donc les codes couleurs aussi). Sans l’aide de la personne qui suit la piscine, nous n’y serions pas parvenus.
Il n’est pas possible non plus de fermer la piscine tous les jours (comme demandé) car les 5 cloisons qui recouvrent la piscine sont lourdes (manipulables uniquement par deux adultes). Un volet manuel aurait été plus approprié.
Globalement, cela reste malgré tout un bon logement pour les vacances mais surestimé au niveau prix.
