CASA MARINA is a spacious, newly refurbished studio apartment.
The apartment is so composed:
Kitchenette equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
Bright living with LCD TV, stereo system, WI-FI,
digital terrestrial.
The sofa is transformed into a comfortable double bed.
Large bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Small equipped garden.
Private paid parking (€ 3 per day) which can only be accessed by an automatic condominium gate.
Does not include: € 1.50 city tax per person per night
Bed linen and towels can be rented on site for € 10 per person per stay
Small pets allowed at a cost of € 20 per stay

We (50 y.o.) have stayed in apartment for a week in Aug 2016. We'd like just to combine the beach with sightseeing of a nice city. It was very good possible while staying in this apartment. To the small cosy beach leads a narrow way directly from flyover (appr 20 min). And to the city a bus 17, which goes very regular. The apartment is perfectly comfortable, modern and equipped with all necessary things for carefree staying (from washing machine with washing agent up to pans and vegetable oil, etc). We are grateful to Lucia that she was so kind (and patient) while waiting for our arrival, which was delayed because of traffic jams. That is, many thanks to the owner Marina for the comfort and to her representative Lucia for helpful assistance. Anna

La casa anche se può sembrare vicino ad una strada non soffre di rumore ed decisamente ben posizionata per girare di spiaggia in spiaggia avendo il casello autostradale molto vicino ed anche come servizi grazie alla coop e e alla farmacia nell'arco di 300m.
L'immobile si è presentato pulito e veramente in ottimo stato con i proprietari decisamente cordiali.
L'unica mancanza che posso imputare è un orologio a muro : )
Concludendo, per noi che abbiamo fatto le vacanze da coppia con l'idea di girare la liguria in macchina l'appartamento è stato un'ottima lieta sorpresa, non posso che consigliarlo : )

Bellissima casetta curata nei dettagli e con tutte le comodità sebbene si tratti di un monolocale. Abbastanza pulita, dispone di un comodo divano letto subito pronto, spaziosa cabina armadio e un bel giardino. Un altro punto di forza della casa è sicuramente il parcheggio presente all'interno del condominio, comodità assolutamente non trascurabile dato che a Genova la maggiorparte dei parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento. La Sig.ra Marina è molto gentile e consiglio assolutamente la sua casa.

E' stato come sentirsi a casa propria, tutto perfetto. La gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria da 10 e lode. Bella struttura con tutte le comodità possibili ad un prezzo molto competitivo, ancora meglio della descrizione.
