Location a couple of mins walk to train station was fabulous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They had beach parasols to borrow and lots of books if your reading needed a top up! Beautiful building
The bedroom was very dated and along with the shared toilets and showers needed a good clean and revamp. Everything was just a tad tired and grubby I'm afraid, although adequate fur a short stay in Nice

The outside of the building was beautiful, you can sit in the courtyard and have a breakfast/Coffee and the location to Nice Ville train station was excellent!
The room was very dated and not clean, didnt match the expections from outside
