Excellent location for exploring Amsterdam, Hague and the surrounding area. Great beach nearby, accessible on foot (about 15 mins walk from nearby parking, or about 30 mins walk from the camp) or by bike. Easy bike rental process at the camp however there may be shortages around busy periods so perhaps try booking in advance if needed. The camp features a nice indoor swimming pool, a small shop for essentials, a vending machine, a small playground and a restaurant with a bar. The caravan / house itself was clean and well laid out. We particularly liked the open plan kitchen/ living area and the outdoor space with a table and chairs surrounded by greenery which made for great relaxing evenings and early breakfasts with the family. The second bedroom featuring bunk beds was small but comfortable. The top bunk bed did not have a guard rail which could be an issue for those using it (we weren’t so not an issue for us) however this could have been particular to our house. There was a small welcome pack with kitchen cloth and dish cleaning supplies to last a day or two but you may want to bring your own household supplies. Overall we loved it and for the price we paid we would certainly come back.

Not a biggie but towels were not included and would be nice if they were. Though this is common for many camps, people might appreciate towels being included as standard in exchange for a small fee added to the total cost of the stay so they don’t have to worry about scrutinising the add-ons.

location, bed and cleaness

The restaurant was amazing. We brought our 3 children and a puppy, so the ease of having a yard and playgrounds/pool was great!

I think paying for towels is a bit excessive. There should be at least hand soap and a hand towel upon arrival.

Not much to like here, terrible value for money. We did enjoy the restaurant.

This place feels like a rip off. It is expensive, you have to pay extra for bed linnen, you can't bring your own. You have to make your own beds and strip them afterwards. They charge if you want to use a tea towel. The swimming pool is only open from 10am to 5 pm, when you're doing your day trip. And the floors are sandy. You get more value for money staying done where else.
