Very friendly hosts! Parking was included, and we were allowed to leave our car for a few hours after check-out, which made our logistics much easier. The location is very close to the historic center, and the quality matches the price. As a lovely touch, we were even given a bowl of homegrown mandarins at the end <3

Sasha, the host was very nice, extremely responsive, available and helpful. He gave me recommendations for breakfast and dinner and they were both very good. I'm grateful the room was airconditioned and there were multiple towels and beach towels available in the downstairs closet which was very helpful if you went to the beach or just needed extra towels for the room. It is a safe and secure location which is about a 10 minute walk to Old Town (very, very small) and the beach. There was a small balcony with a table & 2 chairs off the room. No view and extremely close to neighbors balcony.
The location was okay (about 15 minute walk to ferry or waterfront restaurants). The area and building seemed a bit run down and there was only 1 sheet on the bed over some fabric and it wasn't tucked in nor was there a top sheet. There was only a long towel type of fabric which I guess was supposed to be used as a "blanket". There wasn't any shampoo, conditioner or body wash, only a hand soap bottle on the sink.
