The location is perfect, clean and very good for the price.

Since it is located on top of the party street, I would suggest to add some noise cancelling system to the windows. The mattress is also a little thin, so not so confortable.

Handy location near bars, restaurants and sea front. The recommendations and discounts for local cafes/restaurants was great.

Very noisy until 2am above a bar. No social or communal area.
