The room
The beds were not very soft. Neither were the pillows.

Location of hotel apartment was near to centre. Rooms were big and comfortable.
In my room was water problem. Everytime when I had a shower water was coming out into the kitchen floor. Also the toilet was not working well — the water didn’t go down and it didn’t flush properly. Toilet wasn't too.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also good — close to shops, restaurants, and the city center, which made it easy to explore Ayia Napa. However, it was a bit far from the beach, so I had to walk or take transportation to get there. Overall, it was a great place to relax and enjoy my vacation.
Everything was good overall, just sometimes the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow.

The location is really great, close to the city center , shops and everything
The rooms are spacious , the pool is decent as well
The staff working at the pool bar was not really nice , asking you to pay in a pushy way whenever you order something , it made me feel pressure and not relax
The WiFi connection is really bad ! I couldn’t get a proper connection anywhere in the hotel
It was really annoying because I had to take a few meetings and I had to go to a cafe in the city to do so
Please fix the WiFi
