Our stay at Klusouri Beach Villa was simply exceptional, and it all started with the unparalleled hospitality of our hosts. We were greeted with a delicious homemade cake, a fridge stocked with refreshments, and fresh fruit from their own garden. Throughout our stay, they made sure we had everything we could possibly need, from coffee and tea to a full supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials. It was the warmest welcome we have ever received.
We were a group of seven, spanning three generations, and for 10 wonderful days, the villa became a perfect haven for everyone. Our parents found their bliss in the beautifully maintained, quiet garden and loved the short, 5-minute stroll to the serene, non-commercial beach nearby. Our teenagers were thrilled with the enormous amount of space, which gave them the privacy and freedom to hang out and have their own fun. For us, the generation in between, the quiet mornings spent sipping coffee on the sunbeds were pure magic, while the vibrant atmosphere of amazing beaches like Xiropotamos and Ierissos were just a 5-10 minute drive away. But our favorite moments were the ones we all shared: enjoying our meals together on the magnificent terrace with its stunning sea view.
The location is absolutely ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful and intimate vacation, surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to everything you need. A Lidl supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away, and a fantastic selection of restaurants, shops, and lively beach bars are also within easy reach.
The villa itself is equipped to perfection. The kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine, and the bathrooms are stocked with more than just the basics. The hosts have truly thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable, including mosquito protection, beach toys for the kids, and plenty of beach chairs.

Нам дуже сподобався тут відпочинок і ми при можливості приїдемо сюди знов.
Це те місце, куди хочеться повернутися.
Ми багато років подорожуємо, але цей будинок нас вразив своїм комфортом та локацією.
Дуже гарний будинок, дуже гарна природа навкруги і чисте море. Ми вперше в Греції але точно вже не востаннє))
Будинок гарний,дуже чистий та доглянутий.
На кухні було дуже багато хорошої техніки для приготування їжі,всі види кавоварок,тостер,міксер,бутербродниця,багато різних засобів для всього. Були навіть чай,кава,цукор,олія.На кухні багато різного посуду, особливо бокалів,різних приборів і тут є все,що лише може знадобитися для комфортного життя та перебування. Все для барбек‘ю.
Коли ми приїхали, нам були зроблені смачні компліменти від власників. Ми були дуже приємно здивовані. В домі була аптечка, настільні ігри, всі засоби від комарів, тут було все що може бути потрібне. Дуже гарний вид з двох терас. На одній з них ми завжди обідали та вечеряли, при цьому отримували задоволення від виду… Повз дім щодня проходить отара овець з козами, ми завжди милувалися цим виглядом))
Ми щодня їли свіжо зірваний інжир, та овочі до салату. Навіть росла м‘ята з якоі ми робили мохіто))
У ванних кімнатах було також все що потрібно( шампуні,гелі для душу,ватні диски та палочки,рушнички). А також в домі чиста та гарна білизна постільна та хороші рушники. Нам надали також рушники для пляжу. А ще у дворі є розкладні стільці та зонтик який можна брати із собою на пляж, щоб ні за що не платити. В домі багато гарного декору ручної роботи. Власники продумали усі деталі для комфорту людей.
На даній локації панує затишок, тиша і насолода від природи.
Власники дому дуже приємні та хороші люди ,які вирішують та допомагають у всіх питаннях.
Вони були весь час на зв’язку. Ми їм дуже вдячні за прекрасний відпочинок для нашої сім’ї.
Завжди можна знайти мінуси, але вони не суттєві і не псували нам відпочинок.
1. Кондиціонер є лише у вітальні та одній спальній кімнаті. В двох інших кімнатах( спальнях) були лише вентилятори, тому син спав інколи у вітальні оскільки вентилятор на люстрі не дає прохолоди,а дає лише шум.
2. Душ на першому поверсі не практичний і ним не можливо користуватися,оскільки він над унітазом. Тому комфортний та хороший душ лише один в домі.
3. Wifi лише на терасі одній і все. В усьому домі не ловить інтернет. Лише трошечки інколи ловив у вітальні на першому поверсі та ловить на терасі.
4. Відсутні накриття для автомобіля, тому ваш автомобіль буде цілий день на відкритому сонці.

The view is amazing. It's great to start your day drinking coffee from the balcony and admiring the beautiful surroundings. The house is very well equipped, has a good sound isolation and it's located in the middle of nature. It has a great yard with an olive orchard and various other trees. The house is near a beach( 3 min ) which is not great but suitable for lazy days.

It was quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Access to the beach (even by car to carry umbrellas chairs etc), the quiet beach perfect for children was also great. The owners are among the friendliest people, always eager to help. Kids also adored the plums and tomatoes they could pick from the garden. the two terraces with wonderful sea view were among the favorite places in the house.
