Apartment fully renewed, wide and full of light, as new, restored in April 2011, well finished and newly furnished, 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom, 1 double able to became an additional master bedroom, one double, for a total of 6 sleeping places available)
Kitchen with a living space, sitting room, independent TV Sat , 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, balcony, 1 private parking .
It is situated in an absolute quite area, at just 400 meters far from the sea which can be easily reached on feet (5/6 minutes max) and the city centre is 300 meters far. It is an ideal point of departure for tours to Le Cinque Terre (by train), and the whole Levante Riviera (Ligurian Eastern Riviera) , with Portofino, Sestri Levante, Santa Margherita Ligure and Camogli included….. Pisa, Florence and Lucca are 90 minutes (max)
From 16 May NO quarantine for tourists coming to Italy ! NO lockdown , restaurants , bars , shops and beaches open , road traffic without restrictions .

Moneglia bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und im Meer zu baden und hat auch eine sehr gute Bahnverbindung zu den Cinque Terre Orten und nach La Spezia.
Die Wohnung liegt in guter Entfernung zum Meer und zur Altstadt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Roberto war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

We would like to thank Roberto and Enrica - the owners of this apartment - who made their best to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was really very spacious, clean and newly renovated (and looked exactly at it is shown on the pictures)! It was equipped with almost everything that we needed (except hairdryer and wi-fi connection - but there is a bar with free wi-fi in the 5-10 minutes walking distance from the house). Would strongly recommend to visit this place to families with children.
