About this villa rental
VILLA Giorgetta is located in Forte Dei Marmi, in the beautiful area of Roma Imperiale, 700 meters far from the sea, close to the famous Disco La Capannina di Franceschi. The villa has been recently renovated.
The villa is surrounded by a huge garden, with a brand new swimming pool: equipped with a shower, a cabin, chairs and beach laungers. The veranda is provided with a large tent and sofas
where guests can relax out of the sun.
On the ground floor: a dining room, a large living room, a separate kitchen (fully equipped), a bedroom with two beds, and two bathrooms.
On the first floor there are four rooms: two double bedrooms, two king beds and two bathrooms.
The villa is equipped with alarm system, air conditioning and two televisions (for the Russian guests the villa is equipped with access to dedicated channels).
We offer to our guests two bikes to reach the sea and the town center in just 5 minutes.
The maintenance service of the garden and the swimming pool is guaranteed twice weekly.

Absolutely excellent house, perfect for accomodating large groups, and the location is fabulous!
You'll find extremely comfortable furniture, more than enough seating, crockery and glassware, and towels etc.
Roberto the host was just brilliant, providing local knowledge for excursions around the region and wonderful restaurant recomendations.
You wont be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Roberto & Paola are very welcoming & go out of their way to help & advise on local information.Roberto arranged for us to watch a Liverpool game in a local cafe/bar full of local people.The property is in a great position for exploring all the surrounding tourist placesOn the whole we had a great experience

It was a wonderfoul house for our familly. Large space just right forten people. Kitchen veru well equipped, lots of dishes, cutlery and pots. Beautiful swimming pool specially prepered for us. We were welcomed woth botyle of prosecco. Very nice owners , they even helped to transporting our part of the familly to the train.

We come for many years to Forte dei marmi and love the town. With children and 2 families (=4 adults + 3 kids (1,4,5,6) we booked this time this house: great size, great location, great pool and outdoor area. As well the hosts are super nice and helpful. What we didn’t like though was the cleanliness. In fact - especially the kitchen and bedrooms - were not clean. You better should not look into the corners or below the beds. Of course “cleanliness” is a very personal perception but for us, it was not as per “regular” and expected standard what you should be able to expect.
As well we want to highlight that in the booking confirmation check in says 14:00 whereas the hosts told us that check in time is only 16;00 (to be fair: we could enter at 15:30). Reco: change the confirmation time.
Last but not least we want to tell that there are currently (summer 2021) two construction sites around the house with the regular noise of such during the full day. Pls consider and don’t expect silence. Here we would had been pleased if we got notified upfront for fairness.
