Casa Mimin is a family apartment, on the 3rd floor with lift, in the center, with all the comforts and needs of those who come to Sanremo for holidays, work, or to spend the winter
The 95 m2 apartment offers large rooms with livable terraces, sunny and versatilely furnished, to accommodate up to 7 people. The garage is highly appreciated and allows you to discover the city, the beaches, the Casino, the Ariston Theatre, the shopping streets, in complete relaxation.

The apartment is composed as follows:
Master room: 1 double bed and 1 single bed,
Zodiac room 2 single beds or 1 double bed.
Bathroom: toilet, tub with shower, bidet, sink, window. Upon your arrival you will find a courtesy set.
Bedroom linen, towels and bathroom rugs are included. change every 7 days
Kitchen: equipped with supplies and appliances
Open Space: Oval table, chairs, sofa bed, TV table
We offer the possibility of:
Learn the recipes of Ligurian/Sanremo cuisine
Learn about and grow rare plants and roses
Prices are calculated for 4 people.
Each additional person pays the same price (max7 people)
The cost of cleaning is 90 euros.
Booking by bank transfer 50%, balance at check-in + deposit (200 Euro) + tourist tax
No discounts for early departures or late arrivals
Pets are allowed, except with the owner's consent
Smoking is allowed only on the terraces.
The whole house has been equipped with double glazing, TV and ceiling fans, the heating is autonomous, for long holiday periods, consumption will be charged separately
We always have additional independent fans available.

The apartment was great. The photos of the apartment are completely accurate and Ezia was a great host! She went above and beyond to make our stay in Sanremo great. Note that there is no WiFi in the apartment.

I stayed in the apartment with my husband and daughters (ages 10 and 8) for 4 nights in June of 2016, and we enjoyed our experience very much. The location is easy walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurants, and beaches, and its right in the hustle and bustle of the town. The apartment was large and comfortable and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the water from the master bedroom balcony. Communication from Ezia was excellent, and she was warm and friendly and made us feel comfortable with every part of our stay. Thank you Ezia, we hope to be back!
