About this apartment rental
The approximately 100 m² apartment occupies the entire ground floor of the two-story house. The apartment offers great comfort with lots of space. The large living area is directly adjacent to the open country kitchen with the dining area. On the other side of the living area you get to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with lots of storage space. One bedroom offers enough space for an extra bed, so that even 5 people can easily go on vacation. The bathroom is new, bright and equipped with a shower. The entire apartment is in a very nice, inviting country house style. A parking space is available on the property, bicycles brought can be stored in the garage. We would like to point out that the journey to the house at the end consists of an approx. 100m long, ascending and unpaved path. You can reach the lake in less than 2 minutes, from there you can already swim. The larger beach section in Crone is about 10 minutes. In Crone there is also a small supermarket, a butcher, a bakery and a fruit and vegetable shop. There is also a children's playground and the weekly market that takes place every Wednesday. For those interested in surf courses, a surf school offers opportunities in 5 minutes on foot, but it also has other sports facilities.

Eine schöne, ordentliche Wohnung. Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Mountainbiketouren direkt vom Haus aus. Zu Fuss ist der Ort Crone und der See - zum Baden - schnell zu erreichen. Ruhig gelegen.
