Located in Niederndorf bei Kufstein, this fantastic chalet is perfect for a weekend getaway. With 2 bedrooms, this can accommodate up to 4 guests, be it a family or a group. It has a roofed terrace for you to unwind and relax after a long tiring day.
The chalet lies 100 m from the forest and close to Skiwelt WilderKaiser-Brixental wintersports area. The nearest ski lift is only 1.9 km from the stay and in winter, there are great possibilities for skiing and snowboarding. The local grocery store, town centre and the restaurants are 2.5 km away.
There is a garden with garden furniture to enjoy some outdoor times. Central heating is installed for your comfortable stay. You can park your vehicles in the parking available in the property. A barbecue is in place for you to experiment new delicacies to please your dear ones. You can bring 3 pets are allowed on the stay for an extra cost of 3/pet/night.
The check-in timings are between 4-6 PM and checkout-time is from 8-10 AM.

Een heerlijk groot huis (90m2) met een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Alles was aanwezig in het huis. Het is heel schoon! Dat vind ik wel belangrijk. Eigenaar was makkelijk te bereiken voor als je vragen had. Dus niet twijfelen, huur dit huis. Winter of zomer!!!

Positiv: Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer traumhaft schönen Umgebung. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Negativ: in mehreren Rezessionen wurde immer wieder das fehlen von Staubsauger und Besen bemängelt. Wann lieber Vermieter wird dieser Mangel endlich abgestellt. Wir haben einen Hund dabei und müssen mit Handbesen die Wohnung auskehren. Ebenso hat die Kaffeemaschine eine Entkalkung bitter nötig, für 4 Tassen ca. 30min ist nicht schön. Weingläser fehlen komplett.

Foto’s bij de boeking komen niet overeen met de werkelijke situatie. Het onderste deel van het huis heeft een inloop douche. Ons deel een oude kleine cabine. Verder is alles aardig gedateerd.

Das Chalet liegt in wirklich schöner Umgebung und ist recht hübsch. Wandermöglichkeiten ab dem Haus aus gut. Im großen und ganzen saubere Wohnung. Paar Spinnweben im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Vor allem Hundehaare auf Balkon und Veranda.
Leider stimmte die Beschreibung des Hauses nicht. Wörtlich hieß es über dieses Objekt: "Dieses besonders schöne Chalet bewohnen Sie ganz allein". Aus diesem Grund haben wir auch das Chalet gebucht. Wir waren aber nicht alleine, sondern die untere Wohnung war auch vermietet. Da wir Hunde mit in den Urlaub genommen haben, war es uns wichtig, das wir dort alleine sind. Die Mieter in der unteren Wohnung hatten auch ein Hund dabei. So konnte man häufiges Gebelle leider nicht vermeiden. Wir hätten nicht gebucht wenn wir gewußt hätten, dass wir nur ein Appartement bekommen statt ein Charlet wie beschrieben.
Im Bad ist der Heizkörper nicht warm zu stellen. Die Handtücher blieben bis zum nächsten Tag nass wenn man diese nicht nach draußen zum trocknen gehangen hätte.
Betten für Rückengeplagte nicht zu empfehlen.
