Great location! Beautiful view to Cannes and Nice. We stayed in studio apartment and we had a private entrance, so we didn’t need to walk through the building in order to get in into our apartment. It’s a great place to stay if you travel by car.
The only issue we had were ants. Because apartments locate on the ground floor and the property is surrounded by grass, ants can appear in the Appartments. But the staff put ant baits outside and inside and honestly it was not a big issue because of that.

The property space is amazing, with table tennis, tennis court and a lot of little tables and sits all around the property to enjoy the view from any point possible. There were also other visitors at the hotel but we still felt very privacy and could enjoy some calmness. And you can see some goats on the property next to the hotel, which adds point.
The small room with a garden view on the ground floor is a great for its price and you spend a lot of time by the pool or enjoying the view, but we would wish we booked a bigger room

The charm, the view and the facilities were great.
The room was not that clean and had a bad smell of mold. In general, the room felt a bit moist, particularly the bathroom. The bed was absolutely rock hard.
