Bad collaboration with the stuff. I had to call the hotel several times before arrival, because they couldn't block a pre-paymant on 4 different cards (!!!! never happened until now), they cancelled the booking without hazitation, they were unfriendly when I asked for a reason and finally they couldn't offer one room for the entire stay (7 nights), we have to change rooms during the stay. I cannot review the actual stay, because it was a present for some friends, but the stuff and the communication with them was surely extremely bad!
