Lovely hotel very close to the gondola in Le Grand Bornand. We had two duplex rooms. Staff were very pleasant and happy to put up with our schoolboy French! The breakfast buffet was really excellent - real French pastries (not shop bought) and who would have thought that breakfast apple crumble was a thing in the Haute Savoie. The Intersport ski hire shop (Parking Du Télécabine branch) is very close and the staff there very helpful. The ski lockers were also very convent albeit outside so a bit chilly - we took our boots to our rooms.
Some of our party found the beds quite hard. The spa was a little disappointing - the indoor hot tub is less fun than one outside and the sauna was not as hot as I would have liked - but to be fair the photos fairly represent the spa area.
