Close to Metepec, great spa service (the staff could be more focused on your history and requirements), comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
The room shower does not feel premium, the shower head pressure and feel could be way better. The room bathroom in general lacks some maintenance.
The Internet was pretty much unusable, slow and unreliable.

El sabor de los platillos en alimentos y bufet y a la carta es buena, el personal es muy amable, la alberca y camastros es agradable pero superó la cantidad de personas a los espacios disponibles.
La variedad de platillos es limitada, los jugos estaban demasiado dulces, el café no siempre tuvo la temperatura adecuada, los costos en la bebidas fueron elevados en relación a la cantidad suministrada
