Great location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet. Close to the lake, many great restaurants nearby. I'd stay again.
I would skip the restaurant for dinner. Service was poor. There are many better options within walking distance.

Great staff - Carmen was extremely helpful in explaining modes of transport, places and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, cleaned and replenished daily. Location was good a 3 min walk to the nearest tram that gets you back into town.
Hot room but just needed to open the windows as it was facing the sun.

Very clean, spacious bedroom and great bathroom. Don’t need to pack any toiletries as had everything you need including body lotion. Fun and artsy decor. You also get 15% off food and drink which is a nice addition,
It took us an extra walk around to find the place.

The location is perfect.
At check in when i tried to check in about 2 hrs earlier than the specified checking in time (3:00pm) I was told that no i can’t do that unless i paid an extra fee which is extremely weird to me because normally this is done normally as a term of good hospitality in the decent hotels . While noting that i was there with my wife and my crying 8 month baby , but the lady at the check in didn’t seem to care specially the lady (Meryam) at the reception, who didn’t treat us with the hospitality we anticipated .
