About this chalet rental
Chalet Eclipse was built by the owner in 2003 with the vision of creating a traditional chalet with all the luxuries of a contemporary home. Combined with uninterrupted mountain views, and direct access to the children's piste, location and luxury go hand-in-hand. Begin your day waking up to a great view in one of the four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower/bath. Breakfast/dinner are prepared in the open plan kitchen featuring gaggenau appliances and granite worktop area. Whether your group is large or small, the 3 metre dining table constructed from the ceiling of a 300 year old french monestary will provide sweeping views across the mountains. Then head out for the day to the children's piste directly adjoining the property, or the general ski area five minutes drive away. End your day in the luxury sauna, or with a beer on the covered terrace featuring outdoor sofas. Then relax, light a fire, and enjoy a drink in the living room with vaulted ceiling.
Les Contamines is easily accessed by motorway and at approximately 1 hours drive from Geneva airport. Ideally situated within Les Contamines, Chalet Eclipse both fronts the children's ski slope and provides easy access to the centre of town within a five minute walk. The general ski area is a five minute drive from the house. What could be easier? Les Contamines is renowned for its exceptional snow cover between December and late April and uncrowded, well groomed runs to suit all levels as well as your amount of superb accessible off piste. The town provides for a range of restaurants, supermarkets and ski rental locations.

Great location, easy walk to town, shops and restaurants. Comfortable home with plenty of space for lounging. Beds were comfortable, and house cooled down at night with windows left open.

A lovely chalet within walking distance of the shops but easy access for summer walking and bike riding. Very relaxing and plenty of space for two families of four. Added bonus of a garage for bike storage during our stay.

The most wonderful chalet, beautifully appointed with lots of space - you can even stand up in every room! Well planned with great plumbing, heating, kitchen and boot room. Without a doubt THE place to stay in Les Contamines.

A beautifully crafted, modern but very characterful chalet. Perfectly located for a quick stroll into the village, for skiing the nursery slope literally outside the garden fence, for a quick 5-minute bus ride to the main telecabin or for just enjoying the stunning scenery all around. Every comfort, mod-con & technology anyone could possibly need or wish for, with plenty of toys and entertainment provided to keep kids of all ages occupied! The chalet is warm, spacious, airy & light, with great socialising areas both indoors and out. You really couldn't wish for any more, so we hope to be back.
