The room was big, bathroom big. Nice balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. View was good. Good wifi. Lovely breakfast included. Like the idea of an open kitchen so we could heat up the pasta dish. Very quite at night.
TV now on streaming, couldn't get it to work. Seems more catered for overseas folk. Parking not good on site. Wife tripped on the uneven gate rail, cut her toe and hand and grazed the knee which affected her Two Oceans race. No green tea available.

Spacious room with an amazing view across the harbour and bay. The breakfast options were good and the staff provided access to the garage to store the car.

Good view, comfortable and clean bed, large room. Staff were helpful.
Where it was situated, unsafe area to walk in at night, the photos of the house made it look nearer to the front and it was quite a drive away.
Unpleasant smell in the house, ?cigarette smoke or other. Cooking smells came up to the bedroom in the morning due to the open plan nature downstairs . Soundproofing poor, could hear snoring and tv playing until early hours.
Fruit put out at breakfast was lying uncovered attracting flies.
