Studio spacieux, très agréable, bien aménagé et bien équipé.

Hosts saved us and spontaneously picked us up from the neighboring village, because the bus without prior notice did not go to Uchaud due to a local festival.
Pool big and deep enough to swim. The big rubber flamingo from the photos is still there and is great for children.
At the end of the village (officially already in Vestric-et-Candiac, a few hundred meters before the Aldi) there is a brilliant organic supermarket (Bio Audema) with a very good offer and very good prices. Especially the large fruit and vegetable section is worth a visit, but we have also been recommended very good local cheeses.
Drinkable tap water.
The so-called private pool is not actually private. You will have to share it with the hosts and their family and their friends and their friends‘ friends, which is ok, but it may be good to know that you don‘t have a free pool available at all times. But be careful and keep children away from the pool's suction system: There is an unprotected suction pipe there with very strong suction when you come too close. Children could get trapped there and drown.
There is no usable door to the studio: We got a remote control (apparently taken from the wall) for one of the roller shutters in order to be able to enter and leave the studio. Also the gate to the property can only be opened and closed with a remote control. We did not have any power outage, but what if?
The studio is not so well maintained. Could use some repairs and new equipment as well as better cleaning and maintenance. Especially annoying: toilet keeps flushing slightly, so that every few minutes the cistern draws new water (-> noise), so that every few minutes the house waterworks turns on (-> even more noise).
No mosquito repellent grid.
Kind of disco lights close to the bed from several technical equipment and spotlights outside randomly turning on at night.
Unmarked surveillance camera apparently watching you whenever you approach the gate of the property.
The hosts knew that we would come by bus but did not tell us that the road through Uchaud was closed due to bull races and so the bus would not go to Uchaud. The local bus company gave departure and arrival times for buses that did not go to Uchaud.
If you don‘t want to be counted as a bull race visitor, make sure that you don‘t come here during the local festival.
