A stone's throw from the city center, this beautiful house welcomes you in the hills of Perros-Guirec, a large seaside resort with casino, thalassotherapy center and sailing school. The large enclosed garden overlooks the harbor. A mix of antique furniture and modern elements makes for a cozy living ambiance. The living room leads to the terrace with an exceptional panoramic view of the bay. The property is located halfway between the two extensive beaches of Trestraou and Trestignel, both of which are supervised during peak season and equipped with children's playground equipment. A variety of small rocky coves are easily accessible, especially Les Arcades near the port. Recommended destinations in the area include the Sept Îles archipelago, Ploumanac'h with its magnificent hiking trail and bizarre rock formations on Saint-Guirec beach, Trégastel, which boasts an aquarium, golf course and heated seawater pool, and Pleumeur-Bodou with its radar installation and leisure and adventure center.

Grande et belle maison très propre et confortable avec grand séjour, terrasse, grand jardin et panorama magnifiques, tout confort avec parking. Je recommande cette location!

La maison est agréable et très bien équipée. Son jardin avec vue sur la mer est charmant et bien entretenu.

Maison spacieuse et conforme aux photos...cependant présence de souris qu'il a fallu tuer! et raticide à plusieurs endroits de la cuisine.
De plus, les charges (eau + électricité + chauffage) sont une vraie arnaque car surfacturées par le propriétaire.
