About this house rental
A pleasant house, fully renovated in early 2017, functional with its fitted kitchen: induction hobs, dishwasher ... It is located in an enclosed area, with a garden and a private courtyard for the car.
Ideally located, very quiet, a location that allows different activities without taking a car: the sea, access to different beaches and water activities, 300 m from the house, the departure for the Glenan Islands, sports activities offered at Kerambigorn Beach, tennis courts 200 m.
Very close to the centre of Beg Meil with its shops and restaurants.
Starting from the house, different circuits are proposed for walking or mountain bike rides.
The electric heating of the house offers the comfort of off-season
- Linen supplied on request: 10 € for a double bed (fitted sheet + duvet cover and 2 pillowcases) and 8 € for a 90 cm bed.
- Bathroom linen provided on request: 6 € per kit including a bath sheet, a towel and a washcloth + dish towels provided.
-Caution required 250 € on arrival and returned no later than 7 days after your departure.
-The water and electricity charges are calculated according to the meter readings at the entrance and exit (incidence if necessary to heat: electric heating.
-Receipt of keys by the owner.

The hosts were very welcoming and we had an excellent holiday. The house was clean, well equipped and in a quiet residential area. The location is close to several excellent beaches and quiet cycleways, making it perfect for active families of all ages. There are also plenty of all weather attractions within driving distance. There is a good boulangerie and small supermarket within walking distance and a fully stocked hypermarket within a 10 minute drive. We would recommend this house to anybody.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt ruhig und doch nahe beim Strand. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt sehr viele gute Tipps.

Sehr nette Besitzer, sehr ruhig und sehr entspannent.
Es war wie am Mittelmeer, mit Palmen, türkises Meer und schöne Buchten.
