Central location (15 min to the city center on foot) and yet in a quiet street with minimal traffic. Well equipped kitchen, suitable for some light cooking, too. Clean. Shower gel and liquid soap supplied in the bathroom. Kind owner, ready to help you with all kinds of advices regarding Niš.
Car parking is in the courtyard which is not too big, but still enough for 3-4 cars. Should you need it, the owner will help you park the car, taking into account the order in which the guests intend to leave.

The location of this property is wonderful. It is an easy walk to the center of town and very near restaurants, etc. The wifi worked well and there were English language channels on the TV. I had no problems and would stay here again if I go back to Nis. Parking for the car was within locked gates and very secure.
The mattress on the bed could have been a bit thicker.

Covered parking for my motorcycle, small kitchenette with fridge, lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance, quiet.
For the price the room was spartan and only had a small window. Had to use the a/c for fresh air, even the night was not so hot as it just rained.

Excellent location, safe parking site.
Noisy bed, host didn't speak English.
There was nothing seriously wrong, but having already stayed in Nis five times, I believe I could have found something better in similar price.
