Es ist eine ruhige Pension, geführt von einer freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Dame. Die Lage der Pension ist unschlagbar. Schaut man aus dem Fenster, sieht man einen kleinen Ententeich. Zahlreiche Spaziermöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls und wem es zu Anstrengend wird kann in das fußläufig gut erreichbare Spa von Bad-Elster gehen. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm. (Nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich)

Abends wurde es doch manchmal etwas Kühl. (Dezemberaufenthalt) Die Heizung lies sich nicht höher als 18°C stellen. Für diejenigen, denen es zu kalt wird, wurden aber flauschige Decken bereit gelegt. Leider befand sich in der Küchenausrüstung nur etwas Salz, jedoch aber kein Öl und Pfeffer.
