Host is great, very helpful, breakfast is great (amazing coffee), room and bathroom are spacious, location is great (5 minute walk to city center), balcony is great, A/C saves lives during hot days and nights, garden is beautiful, they have bikes on property that you can use
Only thing is that floor was a bit dirty in the room (a lot of dust) and breakfast could have had more varieties

Staff was very helpful and kindness. Gian Luca gave important information about city, restaurants, beach etc. It was very nice place :)

Quiet location not far from the beach, manager was very helpful in recommending restaurants on the area. Very easy parking and good breakfast!
Check-in time limit was quite early and we had to rush to make it in time after getting stuck in traffic, with no alternative to pick up keys.
